Women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s are often navigating profound shifts in their relationships, their bodies, their careers, and their sense of self while being expected to hold everything together. The emotional and psychological weight of perimenopause and menopause in particular is significantly underaddressed in mental health care. I take these experiences seriously.
