A Space Built for the Chapters

Women Often Navigate Alone.

Every person's path looks different. Below are some of the areas I work with most often, but this list isn't exhaustive, and we'll always start with what feels most pressing for you.

  • Anxiety & persistent worry

  • Depression & low mood

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Grief & loss

  • Life transitions: divorce, empty nest, relocation, major change

  • Career transitions & professional identity

  • Relationship challenges & changes

  • Chronic illness & health-related stress

  • Perimenopause, menopause & the emotional landscape of midlife

  • Intimacy & evolving sense of self

  • Navigating uncertainty & the weight of unsettling times

  • Fertility struggles, pregnancy loss & the complexity of the path to motherhood

The Seasons of Life That Change Us.

Women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s often navigate profound shifts in their relationships, bodies, careers, and sense of self while being expected to hold everything together. The emotional and psychological weight of perimenopause and menopause in particular is significantly underaddressed in mental health care. I take these experiences seriously. If you're entering this chapter or are in the middle of it and have never quite found a therapist who gets it, I'd love to talk.
